I am a German Born and trained professional chef with over 30 years of experience within the hotel and restaurant industry worldwide
I got trained in Germany and started my career in a restaurant specialized in the game and fish dishes. After the Berlin Wall came down I moved for two years to the west side of Germany and started at a five star hotel and started working in upscale restaurants. In 1992 I got an offer to move to the Bahamas and got the position as Sous Chef in a private resort on the outer islands. After two years I went back to Europe and got hired by Cunard on the Luxury Atlantic Queen Elizabeth Two Cruise Ship. This was a great experience for me which also allowed me to upgrade my English. I then moved back to the Caribbean, where I now call home after spending 27 years of my life here. I have worked mostly at small luxury resorts in the position of Executive Head Chef on private islands and top class restaurants around the Caribbean. I have catered to many celebrities and politicians in the past 25 years. I am specialized in Asian – Caribbean Fusion, Mediterranean kitchen, Classic and Novel French Cuisine, Italian, Indian Cuisine and of course German.
